Michael Brakefield developed this CWP course over the last three years and together he and Doug Curry have trained more than 1000 civilian students to carry a concealed handgun. Both Mike and Doug with their different training backgrounds understand that each student is different and teach each student according to the student’s individual needs. In addition, Doug has a wide range of practical experience and training that includes:

20 years in police service, currently assigned to the Lexington County Multi Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team

NRA Basic Pistol Instructor 

Certified SC CWP Instructor 

Utah Certified CWP Instructor
